Regulation on conditions to be fulfilled by organizational units entitled to control activities.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, establishes organizational, technical and personal conditions which shall be fulfilled by organizational units entitled to control agricultural producers, in order to verify if they have fulfilled the financial support conditions to willow plantation or roses used for energetic purposes.
