Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Climate, which is composed of two articles and one Annex, lays down conditions for recognizing waste as having infectious properties and on the method for determining these properties. The condition for recognizing waste as having infectious properties is the presence of live microorganisms or the exceeding of the value of microbial contamination or the presence of live microorganisms or their toxins which cause diseases in humans or other living organisms. The Annex contains the list of these microorganisms, methods for determining the presence of these microorganisms in waste and values that make the waste considered infectious.
