Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, establishes conditions which have to be fulfilled by legal persons or physical persons (non-producers of fruits and vegetables) to become a member of an organization of producers and to be initially recognized as a member of an organization of producers. The Regulation lays down also conditions and requirements which have to be fulfilled by plans of becoming a member. The Annex specifies the list of groups of producers.
