Regulation on conditions which have to fulfilled by legal persons or physical persons (non-producers of fruits and vegetables) to become a member of an organization of producers.

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes that individuals or legal persons (non producers of fruits and vegetables) may become members of a producers' organization if: the status or agreement of the organization of fruits and vegetables producers specifies the possibility and mode of the accession, and the rights and duties of the new member; they have technical means to store, sort or pack fruits or vegetables; the physical person or manager of the legal entity is professionally qualified to manage the producers' organization.
