This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of six paragraphs. The Regulation establishes the conditions to be fulfilled by organizational units entitled to control activities specified in the fifth Section of the Regulation (EC) No. 382/2005 establishing detailed principles of the common organization of the fodder plant market.
