Regulation on control of producers’ organizations, associations of producers’ organizations and interbranch organizations operating on fish market.

This Regulation of the Mnister of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of ten paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed scope of control of producers’ organizations, associations of producers’ organizations and interbranch organizations operating on fish market; (2) the form of authorization for the control (specified in the Annex). The control can be planned or emergency. The planned control is organized to check conditions of the authorization. The emergency control is organized in case of notifying on irregularities. The control takes place in the location of organization or on a fishery vessel of the member of organization.
