The present Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 14 paragraphs, establishes detailed principles and the methods to control the Agency for Restructuring and Modernizing Agriculture concerning the management of financial resources coming from European Union funds and national public resources allocated to support activities of the Special Accession Program to Support Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas called SAPARD.
