Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Economy, which is composed of seven articles and five Annexes, lays down procedures of acceptance of waste storage on a landfill of a given waste type and criteria for acceptance of storage of waste on a landfill of hazardous waste, neutral waste and waste other than hazardous or neutral. The procedure for acceptance of waste storage includes description of basic characteristics of the waste, providing periodic compliance tests, and verification of waste at the place of storage.
