Regulation on data included in the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register.

An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making. This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, lays down: (1) the model report containingon exceedance of the threshold values for releases and transfers of pollutants (specified in Annex 1); (2) the detailed scope of data necessary to identify the plant where the installation is carried out (specified in Annex 2); (3) required techniques of submitting the report. The report includes information on air pollution, soil pollution, water pollution and transfer of hazardous and other waste.
