Regulation establishing form of report used for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register.

An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making. This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) form of report containing information necessary for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, (2) forms of submitting the report; (3) required techniques of submitting the report. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex. The report includes information on air pollution, soil pollution, water pollution and transfer of hazardous and other waste.
