Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 12 articles and eight Annexes, describes all technological operations used during then production of fermented wine drinks. This Regulation specifies substances used during this production, in particular for the cleaning, maturing, pickling and un-pickling of fermented wine drinks, and substances used before bottling. Art. 9 and 10 describe methods of analysis of these drinks for the purposes of the official control concerning the quality.
