Regulation on the detailed scope and method of prepapring the energy efficiency audit and methods for calculating energy savings.

This Regulation of the Minister of Energy, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and five Annexes, lays down detailed requirements for energy efficiency audit. The present Regulation establishes: (1) detailed scope and method of preparing the audit; (2) the form of the audit card; (3) detailed method and mode of random verification of the audit; (4) data and methods that can be used to determine and verify obtained energy savings; (5) the method of preparing the energy efficiency assessment of heat supply; (6) efficiency coefficients of transformation processes of primary energy.
