Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes detailed scope of information on environmental impact assessment of undertakings and strategic environmental impact assessment, required to maintain database specified in art. 128 of the Act on providing information on the environment and environmental protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessment. Detailed scope of information on environmental impact assessment of undertakings is specified in par. 2, and detailed scope of information on strategic environmental impact assessment in par. 3.
