Regulation on the detailed scope of tasks carried out by the National Support Centre for Agriculture related to the implementation of the school programme in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 14 articles and two Annexes, lays down detailed scope of tasks carried out by the National Support Centre for Agriculture, related to the implementation of the school programme in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the method and procedure for the implementation of these tasks. The Centre carries out tasks related to the implementation of the programme in the scope of providing to schools: apples, pears, plums, strawberries, carrots, radishes, sweet peppers, tomatoes, kohlrabi and fruit juices, as well as unflavoured milk, natural yoghurt, natural kefir, natural buttermilk and cottage cheese. The way of sharing fruits and vegetables is specified in Annex 1 and the way of sharing milk and milk products in Annex 2.
