Act on the organization of certain agricultural markets.

This Act lays down: (1) organization of the market of meat, sugar and cereals; (2) rules for the authorization of producer organizations and associations of producer organizations and interbranch organizations operating on agricultural markets other than markets of milk, milk products, fruit and vegetables; (3) conditions of concluding contracts for the supply of agricultural products; (4) rules for the implementation on the territory of the Republic of Poland of a school program, established in accordance with art. 23 of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007; (4) rules for granting subsidies for seed material used for sowing or planting; (5) rules for monitoring the cultivation of tobacco and the production and sale of dried tobacco leaves, as well as the supervision of tobacco growing and the production and sale of raw tobacco
