Regulation on detailed veterinary requirements for activities concerning trade in animals.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight paragraphs, establishes detailed veterinary requirements for activities concerning trade in animals, related agencies and purchase of animals. The Regulation specifies conditions to be fulfilled by places where such activities are carried out and required documentation. The animals being the subject to such activities: (1) have to be marked in the way specified in provisions on the system of identification and registration of animals, (2) should fulfill requirements concerning health state and place of origin specified for individual species; (3) must not be the subject to prohibition due to fighting against infectious diseases of animals; (4) should have health certificate or another document confirming the health state and place of origin, if such document is required.
