Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 17 articles, lays down: (1) dimensions and protective seasons of marine organisms caught during recreational fishing; (2) detailed methods and conditions for recreational fishing; (3) level of fees for recreational fishing. Art. 2 provides protective dimensions for individual species of fish. Art. 3 establishes protective seasons for individual species of fish. Articles from 4 to 10 specify detailed methods and conditions for recreational fishing. Art. 11 specifies the amount of individual species of fish that a natural person may catch and keep per day. Art. 16 establishes levels of fees for weekly, monthly and annual fishing.
