Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of two paragraphs and 19 Annexes. Documentation relating to counteracting against infectious diseases of animals should be kept clearly in the form of: book of notifications of infectious diseases of animals (specified in Annex 1); report on testing animals (Annex 2); report on dissection of animals (Annex 3); report on dissection of poultry (Annex 4); report on dissection of fish (Annex 5); note attached to samples taken from wild animals (Annex 6); note attached to samples taken from livestock, domestic animals, aquaculture animals, wild animals kept in farms, zoos, circuses, animal stores or animals kept for demonstration purposes (Annex 7); report on current situation in the area of the disease (Annex 8); results of tests relating to bovine tuberculosis (Annex 9) and other documentation specified in Annexes from 10 to 19.
