This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development entrusts to specified breeders' associations the following tasks: (a) determination of utilitarian value of animals; , (b) maintenance of the information system on evaluation of animals; (c) balancing of needs and productive potential of animal breeding; (d) professional training for persons engaged in the evaluation of animals; (e) issuing appropriate certificates; (f) defining basic elements of national breeding programmes.
