Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs, lays down certain veterinary requirements which should met for the production of products of animal origin in establishments processing meat or producing minced meat or raw meat products. These requirements apply to establishments of low production capacity, producing weekly not more than: (1) five tons of boneless meat or equivalent amount of meat on the bone, for establishments processing meat; (2) seven and half tons of minced meat or raw meat products, for establishments producing minced meat or raw meat products. The establishments must also meet requirements specified in the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs.
