Abstract
The Act, which is composed of 42 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: properties of organs concerning hygiene and control of products of animal origin specified in the Regulations (EC) No. 853/2004 and No. 854/2004; requirements to be met by products of animal origin introduced into turnover; requirements to be fulfilled during production of products of animal origin and by these products; methods of official controls. The Annex contains the list of European Union provisions concerning veterinary control of products trading.
