Regulation establishing collective report on batteries, accumulators, spent batteries and spent accumulators.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form of collective report on batteries, accumulators, spent batteries and spent accumulators. The form of report is specified in the Annex. The report can be passed in written form or in electronic form with secure electronic signature verified by a valid qualified certificate.
