Regulation establishing forms of reports on collected urban waste, collected liquid wastes and implementation of tasks concerning management of urban waste.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes forms of: (1) quarterly report prepared by an entity that collects urban waste from owners of properties; (2) quarterly report prepared by an entity dealing with emptying of septic tanks and transportation of liquid waste; (3) annual report on implementation of tasks related to urban waste management, drawn up by the mayor, city mayor or city president; (4) annual report on implementation of tasks related to urban waste management prepared by the Marshal of province. These forms of reports are specified in the Annexes.
