The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of three paragraphs. Member of an organization of fruits and vegetables organization, approved for one group of producers, can sell to consumers, for their own needs, not more than 20 percent of production. Member of an organization of fruits and vegetables organization, approved for two or more groups of producers, can sell to consumers, for their own needs, not more than 25 percent of production.
