Regulation establishing the way and conditions of introducing temporary prohibitions of leaving places of infectious diseases of animals and temporary restrictions of the movement of people and vehicles.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles, establishes the way and conditions of introducing temporary prohibitions of leaving places of infectious diseases of animals by persons who were or could have been in contact with sick, infected or probably infected animals, and temporary restrictions of the movement of people and vehicles. The prohibition or temporary restriction could be as less troublesome as possible. The decision introducing the prohibition should contain at least: name of the infectious disease of animals which is the reason of the prohibition; place and way of marking the place of the disease; way of executing prohibition; period of the prohibition.
