Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of two paragraphs. Fruits and vegetables not intended for sale can be intended for free distribution (specified in art. 12 of Act on organization of fruit and vegetable market, hop market, tobacco market, and fodder plant market) or for feedstuffs of animals located in agricultural farms, zoological gardens, national parks, nature reserves or hunting areas.
