Regulation on the form and content of the list of documents containing information on the environment and its protection.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 13 paragraphs, establishes the way of functioning and organization of the National Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment and regional commissions for environmental impact assessment (EIA). The National Commission is a consultative and advisory body of the General Director of Environmental Protection for the matters concerning EIA. The National Commission takes into account forecasts of EIA, reports on environmental impact of projects, studies and information useful for comprehensive analysis of individual cases.
