Regulation on the form of annual report on the achieved levels of collecting spent portable batteries and spent portable accumulators.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form of annual report on the achieved levels of collecting spent portable batteries and spent portable accumulators. The report is provided in writing or in the form of electronic document with secure electronic signature verified by a valid qualified certificate. The form of report is specified in the Annex.
