Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form of list of establishments processing spent batteries or spent accumulators. The form is specified in the Annex. The list is passed in the written form or in the electronic form with the use of safe electronic signature verified with valid qualified certificate.
