Regulation on forms and methods of monitoring of homogeneous surface water bodies and groundwater.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 20 paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes forms and methods of monitoring of homogeneous surface water bodies and groundwater: (1) types and purposes of monitoring; (2) criteria of selection of water bodies for monitoring; (3) types of control points and criteria of their determining; (4) scope and frequency of monitoring; (5) referential methods and methods of ensuring the quality of monitoring. Additionally, the present Regulation lays down the scope of testing individual elements of the classification of ecological state, chemical state and ecological potential of homogenous parts of surface water.
