This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, lays down website address (www.bdo.mos.gov.pl) of the register, access to an individual account in the database on products and packaging and on waste management, and scope of permissions for individual users which are specified in the Annex.
