Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and seven Annexes, establishes detailed requirements for geological and investment documentation of the hydrocarbon deposit. Such documentation describes in particular activities necessary in the field of environmental protection, including exploitation technology ensuring reduction of negative environmental impacts.
