Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 28 paragraphs and six Annexes, lays down detailed requirements for hydrogeological documentation and for geological-engineering documentation. It defines form and data to be included in the documentation. In particular the descriptive part of hydrogeological documentation establishing the disposable resources of groundwater balance includes: (1) description of geological, hydrogeological, hydrological, geophysical and other tests necessary for the diagnosis and determination of hydrogeological conditions of groundwater resources; (2) description of the morphology, hydrography and climatic conditions of the area of geological works; (3) description of the scope and results of studies carried out to determine disposable resources in relation to geological works or projects; (4) results of the inventory of groundwater intakes; (5) results of the inventory and characteristics of existing and proposed protected areas, especially valuable aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems dependent on groundwater.
