The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex. The Regulation establishes the conditions which shall be fulfilled by organizational units which can be entrusted to control activities related to the fruit and vegetable market, hop market, tobacco market and fodder plant market. The Annex lays down the form of the authorization.
