Abstract
This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the official list of active substances contained in plant protection products used for fumigation that may pose particular risks to human and animal health or the environment. It requires confirmation of sales invoices to final buyers and record‑keeping of these purchasers. The annex lists three hazardous fumigants: aluminium phosphide, magnesium phosphide and sulfuryl fluoride.
