Abstract
This Act regulates tasks and competence of public administration and organizational units cocnerning implementation of the provisions establishesd by the Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC and regulation of the European Union issued according to this Regulation, especially in matters of licensing and permits for marketing of plant protection products. The present Act also sets out rules relating to: (a) marketing of plant protection products; (b) the use of plant protection products; (c) confirmation of technical equipment designed for use in plant protection products; (d) integrated production of plants; (e) training on plant protection products; (f) information on poisoning caused by plant protection products. This Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Approval of active substance, safener and synergist, and authorization of plant protection products (Sec. 2); Marketing of plant protection products (Sec. 3); Appluing of plant protection products (Sec. 4); Confirming technical efficiency of equipment intended for applying of plant protection products (Sec. 5); Integrated production of plants (Sec. 6); Traioning on plant proptection products (Sec. 7); Information on poisoning caused by plant protection products (Sec. 8); Sanction fees and penalty provisions (Sec. 9); Changes is regulations in force (Sec. 10).
