Regulation on measurement and protection periods of sea organisms and detailed conditions of marine fisheries.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 25 Paragraphs, establishes protection periods as regards sea organisms. Furthermore, it lays down detailed conditions for marine fiheries, and in particular: type and quantities of fishing gear, way of catching, total allowable catches, marking of fishing gear which can be used up to 3 miles from the shoreline. Paragraph 2 contains the list of fish species (with their sizes) which may not be caught in the territorial sea.
