Regulation medical feedingstuffs not foreseen for marketing.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 articles and one Annex, establishes: (a) detailed organizational and technical conditions which should be fulfilled by the enterprise where medical feedingstuffs not foreseen for marketing are produced; (b) way of production of medical feedingstuffs not foreseen for marketing; (c) documents included in the report of production of medical feedingstuffs not foreseen for marketing and way of keeping this report; (d) conditions and way of storing medical feedingstuffs not foreseen for marketing; (e) conditions and way of sampling medical feedingstuffs not foreseen for marketing (specified in the Annex).
