Abstract
Pursuant to the relevent European Community legislation, this Act, which is composed of 65 articles, sets forth provisions concerning: (1) hygiene and official control of fodders and additives used for nutrition of animals; (2) authorization, labelling and control of genetically modified organisms used for producing fodders and genetically modified fodders; (3) transboundary movement of genetically modified organisms to be used as fodders; (4) rules for production, use, marketing and quality control of medical fodders; (5) hygiene requirements for fodders and their marketing.
