Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of six articles and one Annex. From the batch of grapes intended for the production of grape wine, the sample of grapes is taken from at least three different places of this batch, each 1 kg of grapes. Natural level of alcohol is established on the day of sampling grapes. Samples of grapes and grape wine are during fermentation are taken in the place and period of the process of enrichment, specified in the application defined in art. 25 of the EC Regulation 1622/2000. The Annex specifies the procedure of establishing the level of alcohol in grapes.
