Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of 11 articles, lays down the method of calculating levels of preparation for re-use and recycling and the conditions for classifying municipal waste as municipal waste prepared for re-use and recycled. The mass of generated municipal waste prepared for re-use or recycled and the level of preparation for re-use and recycling are calculated for a given calendar year. The mass of municipal waste prepared for re-use shall be calculated as the mass of products and product ingredients that have become municipal waste and have undergone all necessary checking, cleaning and repair operations to enable re-use without further sorting and pre-treatment. The mass of recycled municipal waste shall be calculated as the mass of waste that has passed through all the necessary checking, sorting and other preliminary operations to remove materials and substances that are not subject to further reprocessing are entered into a recycling process, as a result of which this waste is reprocessed into products, materials or substances that are not waste.
