This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of ten paragraphs and 14 Annexes, establishes: (1) method of monitoring emission quantity; (2) frequency of passing data on emission quantities; (3) scope of information included in the annual report; (4) form and layout of annual report; (5) method of verifying annual reports. Par. 3-7 describe method of monitoring emission quantity of carbon dioxide.
