Regulation on methods of analysis of poultry meat.
Type of law
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight Paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes that analysis of poultry meat consists in: controlling quality requirements; measurement of temperature; establishing the weight of single packages qualified by weight categories; establishing the amount of water absorbed in chicken carcass. In particular, controls on quality requirements (as well as state of packages) is done visually.
