Regulation on organizational units assessing and confirming compliance with the provisions on organic farming of products and substances used in organic production.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the organizational units responsible for assessing and confirming the compliance of products and substances used in organic farming with applicable regulations. Specifically, the Institute of Cultivation, Fertilization, and Soil Science is designated for evaluating fertilizers and soil improvers, while the Institute of Plant Protection is responsible for plant protection products. The present Regulation formalizes these responsibilities.
