Regulation on passing data by organizations of producers, labelling withdrawn fish products and passing information by regional inspectors of marine fishery.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight paragraphs, establishes: (1) form, way and method of passing data by organizations of producers, including deadlines; (2) way, mode and deadlines of passing information by regional inspectors of marine fishery to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture; (3) labelling withdrawn fish products as not suitable for human consumption to prevent marketing of these products.
