Regulation on preparing a draft plan of protection tasks for Natura 2000 area.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven paragraphs and one Annex, establishes for Natura 2000 area: (1) the way of preparing a draft plan of protection tasks; (2) the scope of tasks required for preparing a draft plan of protection tasks; (3) the way of modifying the plan of protection tasks. The Annex specifies the scale used for assessment of protection state which is made on the basis of available information and necessary field work, quality characteristics or identifying conditions of functioning of protection objects, consisting of the assessment of the state of protection of habitats and species.
