Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven paragraphs and one Annex, establishes for Natura 2000 area: (1) the way of preparing a draft of protection plan; (2) the scope of tasks required for preparing a draft of protection plan; (3) the way of modifying the protection plan. The Annex specifies the scale used for assessment of protection state.
