Regulation on products of animal origin coming from areas being the subject of restriction, prescription or prohibition.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs and two Annexes, lays down: (1) the list of animal infectious diseases being the subject of prohibition or restriction of marketing products of animal origin, specified in Annex 1; (2) the way of production products of animal origin on areas being the subject of restriction, prescription or prohibition established on the basis of provisions on animal health protection and disease eradication, and way of the production of products coming from these areas, including way of labeling fresh meat coming from these areas or obtained from animals coming from these areas. Annex 2 specifies types of processing products of animal origin to eliminate pathogens.
