Regulation on the provision of information on the environment and its protection and the frequency of its updating.

This Regulation by the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of six articles and two Annexes, lays down the procedures for providing environmental information and specifies the minimum scope and frequency of data updates. It establishes that environmental data must be made available primarily in electronic form via information systems. The present Regulation details the types of information to be disseminated, such as measurement results, classification reports, and spatial data, as well as the required update frequencies depending on the data type ranging from annual, biennial, to several-year intervals. The aim is to ensure transparent, timely, and accessible environmental information for the public and relevant stakeholders.
