Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (1) qualifications of persons preparing evaluations and reports on plant protection products, including education and professional experience; (2) requirements for contents of evaluations and reports on plant protection products. Evaluations and reports intended for fighting against vertebrates include information on influence of plant protection products on health of human and animals, effectiveness of plant protection products and adverse impact on plants and plant products.
